SCHÜCO AF UDC 80
The new Schüco AF UDC 80 system platform combines the advantages of the system and project business: It offers tested assemblies that can be adapted for the project business and thus reduce the planning and testing effort. This results in a wide range of possible uses, not only for special solutions, but also for rational planning and processing for adapted, project-related element façade constructions. The system components can be used flexibly and optimally with maximum security.
Urbanization
Migration from rural areas lead the growing world population to increasing urbanization. The vertical urbanism becomes as a result more and more important.
Efficiency
A high quality of series production allows quick and easy installation even with difficult construction site situations and tight space conditions.
Comfort
High-rise buildings must meet the increased demands for living and working comfort: integrated window and sliding elements, sun protection systems, Balconies and modern building automation technology ensure exclusive comfort.About
Design variants
Horizontally staggered elements
The classic facade grid of a unitized facade can be broken up by individual lines on the building with staggered elements.
Sloping rung
Slanted glazing bar profiles in the element lead to architecturally appealing lines on the outside of the building.
Opaque surfaces
The facade of the building can be individually designed with opaque elements such as sheet metal, glass or natural stone. The different materials can be arranged either flush or overhanging.
The Profile system
The profile system with different construction depths for different static requirements is processed with a miter – this creates an elegant and stable frame appearance.
Maximum transparency is possible with element dimensions of up to 3,000 mm x 4,000 mm.
The system is suitable for glass thicknesses from 22 mm to 70 mm and achieves passive house standards with U⒡ values of up to 0.81 W/(m²K).
