SCHÜCO ASE 80.HI

The Schüco ASE 80.HI aluminum sliding system impresses, just like other Schüco aluminum window systems, in addition to the high stability and weather resistance with sensational insulation values ​​for aluminum sliding doors in this class. As a technical masterpiece, this system with a construction depth of 180 – 250 mm (depending on the number of panels) offers the perfect solution for large-area openings. Sash and opening widths of up to 6,000 mm and larger can therefore be realised. Furthermore, due to the sliding system, completely different heights of the respective aluminum lift and slide systems, such as 3500mm height, are possible. Here, aluminum window lift-and-slide systems set high standards in terms of width and height production options.

Countless construction solutions can be produced – from the simple 1-wing lifting and sliding door to 2- or 3-wing variants with all usable wings up to 4-fold forend sliding doors with widths of more than 10,000 mm. In addition, by coupling several elements, an almost infinitely wide facade of aluminum sliding doors is possible.

Glass types

  • ISO double glazing Ug 1.1W/m²K – glass structure: 4/16SZR/4 mm or ISO triple glazing Ug 0.6W/m²K – glass structure: 4/16SZR/4/16SZR/4 mm

  • Safety glazing: ISO double or triple glazing Ug 1.1 W/m²K – P1A, P2A, P4A, P5A, P6B, P7B, P8B

Fitting system

The concealed Schüco AvanTec SimplySmart fitting is one of the most advanced fitting systems in the world. The use of stainless steel ensures high corrosion resistance. The hardware can be designed in resistance class WK3 (RC3).

Window handle

The visually appealing and timeless design handle from Schüco is designed to match the fittings system. Versatile functionality, clear design and visual aesthetics round off the overall picture of the high-quality aluminum windows and front doors. Optionally in EV1 (anodised), white (similar to RAL 9016), black (similar to RAL 9005) and stainless steel (INOX).

FOR ROMA ALUMINUM WINDOWS

Whether for use in existing roller shutter boxes in new buildings, in renovations or as a complete plug & play system: our window and door elements can be equipped with our roller shutters, individual, add-on or front-mounted elements from the roma brand. High-quality roller shutters and venetian blinds made of aluminum Made in Germany, which are available in different colors, are used.

With our complete systems, the size of the roller shutter and external venetian blind boxes depends on the masonry (new construction box/top box) and opening or window dimensions. Our technology calculates the optimal result for the application.

The roller shutters and external venetian blinds can be operated electrically or mechanically on request. Our comprehensive product range offers individual, radio or central control. All sun protection systems are also available with integrated fly screens.

Profile

Just like other Schüco systems, the Schüco ASE 80.HI aluminum sliding door system offers all the necessary connection and expansion options. Common extension profiles include floor recess profiles, coupling profiles with thermal break or window frame extensions in new buildings. Our technicians will be happy to help you with the required connection profiles. In general, profiles that are already required in the offer status are determined by our technology and coordinated with you.
